2. Check the registered email
You can also open the primary mailbox that you registered with Amazon, check the first email Amazon sent you, and check the time. These can confirm the registration time of Amazon.

Registration Notice
All sellers must provide Amazon and buyers with accurate information and update it when it changes. This includes:
The business name you use must accurately identify your business;
Provide the most accurate and up-to-date business address, email and phone number so Amazon can contact you if necessary.
Preparation of registration materials
Before registering a global store account, you need to prepare all the materials as required, including:
1. Color scanned copy of the company’s business license: must be issued by mainland China, Hong Kong, China
Mainland China Enterprises: Business License
Hong Kong Enterprises: Certificate of Incorporation and Business Registration Ordinance
Taiwanese Enterprises: Registration Form for the Establishment of a Limited Company / Registration Form for the Establishment of a Joint Stock Company / Registration Form for the Change of a Limited Company / Registration Form for the Change of a Company Limited by Shares
Note: The business license in mainland China should be more than 45 days away from the expiration date, and the business registration regulations in Hong Kong should be more than 45 days away from the expiration date
2. Color scanned copy of legal person ID card:
The name on the ID card must match the name of the legal representative on the business license
The name on the ID should exactly match the name on the registered Amazon account
Must be issued by Mainland China, Hong Kong, China Taiwan
ID must be valid
3. Payment credit card:
Credit card for international payments (VISA or MasterCard, VISA preferred)
Confirm that the payment function in the currency of the country of sale is enabled. If you open multiple malls at the same time, it is recommended to use a credit card that supports multi-currency payment
Verify that your credit card has not expired and has sufficient credit limit, and that there are no restrictions on online or mail order payments
4. Contact:
Email address of the contact
Phone number of the contact person (it is recommended to fill in the contact number of the legal person)
Company address and phone number
